Question for you Jeff:

You mentioned that there are people who don't make time for JUG meetings/who are only interested in development to pay the rent; presumably you are a fairly busy guy - what is it that makes you consider the JUG a worthwhile investment of time? I guess the answer to that question might be what convinces other people to join.
