maybe you didnt hear of Oracle yet
where i used it the last time was with JAVA oracle collections

not implement in the company I worked it came around later, I did lots
and lots of development in Delphi, And we wrote a new system where we
used Relational DB's so we did some crazy store procs (do ppl even still
use store procs nowadays) and some crazy db design.
