What did you try so far? How did you tell the JVM that you want to debug it? It may be done e.g. on the command line with "-Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=y,address=8000", then you can attach in Netbeans via "Run - Attach Debugger...".
