Anyone know of good small technology companies in South-Africa? Specifically looking in Cape Town, but anywhere if they are open to telecommute.
Core requirements: 1) Started and run by business savvy technical people. 2) Serious focus on quality, good product/service. 3) No top heavy management or business people yanking the dog by its tail.
