Hi In my experience, you can have either 1-3 or 4, but not both.
The companies that pay the best tend to do so because the work is junk, normally because you're dealing with horrible politics and insane schedules. It's your choice. After chasing 4 for 10 years, I chose 1-3. Luckily I'm financially very conservative so the choice was easy - no huge home loans, no massive car payments. Regards, Noel.
