Um, I think I'm missing something here. I just posted a job ad.

1. Travelstart turns over R 75m / month - so business savvy is there.
2. They do really innovative stuff. Try it out: www.travelstart.co.za
3. I went to lunch with the owner 2 days ago and the CEO a week before
that. There a 2 PHP and 1 Java coder in Cape Town, so it's small
enough.
4. I got a 25% increase from my previous (highest paying ever) job.
Got a significant increase after 2 months.

Some of the other perks are:

1. They sent me on an all expenses paid trip to Sweden for 5 weeks.
2. I have a premium Virgin active membership free.
3. I'm on flexitime and work from home sometimes.
4. They sponsored a personal project of mine.
5. They love my suggestions and give me go-ahead to do projects I
like.
6. I'm really enjoying using XSLT to build multi language sites.

What sucks:
1. The site uses JSP with all the business logic embedded in packages.
2. Database access is standard CRUD through a custom database package.

What's weird:
1. I've received no applications: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
