Greetings! Because of a conflict with Small Library Management in Bryan, the CTLS reference workshop with Margaret Irby Nichols has been rescheduled to Friday, May 3, 2002 at the same place, Waco-McLennan County Library in downtown Waco. Registration will be from 9 to 9:30 and the workshop will run until mid-afternoon with a lunch break. This workshop is for those who have not had Margaret's excellent reference segment of Small Library Management. It's reference for assistants, volunteers, and other staff. And if you directors need a refresher, please join us! If there is something specific you'd like to see addressed, please let me know at the e-mail address below ASAP. Thank you.
