OBJECTIVES By attending the workshop, participants will: * Learn the basic parts of a computer network * Learn to check basic functions of a network connection * Learn to identify and resolve common network problems such as lost connection, lost wireless connection, and issues with networked printers. * Learn to identify common problems with routers, bridges, and switches. * Learn tips for preventing network problems, including security, backup, and diagnostic procedures.
