A new report released by the Corporation <http://ask.census.gov/rd?1=AvcG~wrhDv8Sq3D~GkYe~yL~Jvsq~7L~&2=102> for National and Community Service shows that Minneapolis has the highest percentage of people who volunteer at 40.5 percent of its residents aged 16 and older. Las Vegas has the lowest percentage of volunteers with only 14.4 percent of its residents over 16.
