Does your library or your city/county have a pay program in place that
rewards staff members for educational attainment?

 

Although this is more frequently heard in the academic library world,
we've received a question from a public librarian asking if anyone's
city/county/library does this.

 

Examples: someone receives their bachelor's degree & gets a raise. Or, a
staffer finishes her master's degree & gets a pay increase.
