My understanding is that he isn't exactly "eliminated"... he simply isn't a
member of the Dragon Order.

The Dragon Order appears to be associated with the "Royal House of de
Vere", which I'm told is a branch of the Hapsburg strain of the
"bloodline",  in the same way that the Knights of St Germain is associated
with the "Royal House of Stewart", the Stewart strain. Thus, each strain of
the "bloodline" has their own lineage and Order associated with it. As far
as I know, there are three now that are associated with each other... the
third being the Knights of St Anthony, which I don't know much about.
Gardner displays associations with all three Orders on his stationery.

Gardner's new book will "introduce" him. I know very little about him... I
only spoke to him on the phone for about two hours but I found him
extremely likeable and possessing a very strong personality. He is working
on his own book, which is nearly finished. The Earl Marshal is also working
on a book, but he has only just started his...
