Considering the fact that the de Vere family were never of sovereign
status, it's a little bit odd that this person has co-opted the title
"Prince" with the qualification of "Royal Highness". I couldn't read
his genealogical charts - he obviously scanned typewritten sheets in a
font too small for HTML. I have a 27" monitor and still couldn't read
them. Any idea what phantom kingdom this person is claiming? That
dusty bit on Mars that's being bandied about of late as the home of
the Gods, perhaps? So far this guy makes even "Prince" Michael look
good!

I noticed another inconsistency on this site. After going to the
trouble of claimining that his order is the Dragon Order founded by
Emperor Sigismund, he then turns around and says it isn't. Also the
date of it's founding - 1408 - is historically incorrect. Sigismund
founded the "Society of the Defeated Dragon" in 1418, after the
Council of Constance. The date Mr. de Vere gives is too early.

And does anyone else find it odd that he doesn't have a e-mail link on
his site?

I smell another attempt to re-write history for personal gain; which,
IMHO, takes the Dragon Order out of the realm of serious PoS studies
and consigns it to the looney bin.
