My Dear Pommerede,

Ah, how reassuring to see you sharpening the knives in preparation for the
slaughter! I knew you would not disappoint me.

However, as I am not an historian or a genealogist, I can't comment on the
poignant facts that you have noted, but I can explain that the technical
problems with the site are simply down to the Order's inexperience with the
medium and not at all part of a sublime plot.

When the Earl Marshal telephoned me a couple of nights ago to ask me what I
thought of the site, he had only just seen the site himself for the first
time and we both noted that the genealogical charts would need to be redone
as they had tried unsuccessfully to cram too much information into too
small a space. The EM was astounded that they had already run out of memory
and weren't able to display the over 100 pages of information which they
had submitted to MediaQuest's webmaster. In fact, we still have the
revelation of the Earl Marshal's own genealogical charts to look forward to
and I can hardly contain my curiosity of what you will make of these!

As I had stated in my post listing the URL, this IS a work in progress...
and I think that there was a psychological imperative to have the site up
and running by New Year's, whether it was "finished" or not.

I will personally convey to the Earl Marshal that the size of the typeface
on the genealogical section has seriously offended our dear Pommerede's
delicate optical nerves and will recommend that this be rectified with
immediate effect.

>So far this guy makes even "Prince" Michael look
>good!

How encouraging that you have at last found something positive to say about
HRH!

>And does anyone else find it odd that he doesn't have a e-mail link on
>his site?

Again, the simple explanation is that there is no email link as yet, simply
because none of the officers of the Inner Court actually HAVE an email
address. Only now is the internet being regarded as a necessary evil. As I
have stated in my previous post, there are plans afoot to include some
method of communication to the order on the site.

>I smell another attempt to re-write history for personal gain; which,
>IMHO, takes the Dragon Order out of the realm of serious PoS studies
>and consigns it to the looney bin.

Are you therefore suggesting that discussions of the Dragon Order should be
banned from this list, O Hallowed List Co-Manager?? I would be happy to
comply with your wishes, kind sir.
