Project Duat's broadcasts result in a manifestation of sound
as if that sound comes from nowhere. In other words, sound
straight from thin air; you can hear sound all around you
but you cannot see any speakers. Music from the sky,
so-to-speak.
Many write me and say that such an idea is just not
possible. Although quite different from our system, the
following is a press release from the American Technology
Corporation describing their new technology involving 'sound
from nowhere'. Our system is completely psychotronic, and
involves the natural energy network of the planet, a.k.a.
the "earthgrid". But to at least show that sound technology
is changing, I offer you this:
(San Diego, California -- July 24, 1996) - American
Technology Corporation (OTC: ATCO) announced today that it
has filed patents on an innovative new sound reproduction
technology. This technology scientifically named the Norris
Acoustical Hetrodyne Effect, is an entirely new method of
creating sound -- for the first time, sound is generated in
air directly -- without the need for any loudspeakers.
Company representatives emphasized that this new technology
creates sound in a totally unconventional manner unlike
traditional loudspeaker concepts which have not changed for
60 years. No direct audible sound is radiated into the air,
rather, the Norris system employs innovative new concepts to
acoustically mix ultrasonic waves to create new waves that
can be heard as sound "in mid-air." Audible sound is
generated indirectly through a conversion process that takes
place within directed ultrasonic energy waves. The
technology has the startling effect of having sound appear
in mid-air.
Mr. Robert Putnam, president, stated "American Technology is
extremely fortunate to have Elwood Norris, inventor of the
Norris Acoustical Hetrodyne technology, leading its research
and development activities. Norris is a prolific inventor
responsible for the development of an ultrasonic doppler
device which evolved into today's Sonogram. His audio
related inventions include a linear tracking tone arm, a
cordless microphone, miniature radios, headset devices and
audio cue circuitry. He also has been a pioneer in digital
recording technology and his innovative products have
received national awards in recent years.
With this remarkable invention Norris has defined a new
paradigm in sound reproduction that we believe will obsolete
existing speakers thereby revolutionizing sound
reproduction. This technology is not merely a new or
revamped surround sound system or a digital amplifying or
mixing technique, all of which employ traditional
loudspeakers at the end of the chain. We believe this
invention is a milestone in the history of sound and
acoustics.
We have successfully completed our proof-of-concept
prototype of this exciting new technology and are now
preparing for industry and media demonstrations. With this
new technique for generating sound, the quality of sound is

across the entire audible frequency band and beyond.
