Here's some more claims from Amargi Hillier, but
nothing specific. (I'll believe it when I hear it.)
Los Angeles was perhaps chosen for a test site
as it is alleged to be a primary 'earth chakra'.
Could this be a Theosophical Society project ?
They're the ones who 'ID' Los Angeles as such.
Note the mention of Bombay, India -- location
of the former? headquarters of the T.S.
Maybe the Maitreya will throw the switch.

Project Duat's protocols have remained secret for over 12 years
now, birthing originally as a continuation with upgrade of the
Nikola Tesla proposed global free energy & wireless
communication system. Over the years, my research has led the
Project down many roads into where it has come to this date.
Our protocols do not involve electronics but rather the
combination of hyper-dimensional physics, Telsa non-
mechanical or non-electronic systems, symbolism,
psychotronics, ancient power sources and more. The
transmission towers do not have to be built; they have already
been here for many thousands of years. The wiring does not
have to be strewn; the grid network of ancient sites around the
world has been in place for eons. The power source does not
need to be developed, the planet and ionosphere is already a
charge capacitor of stored energy.
Project Duat's current member's names are not public
information, so don't ask. You cannot join the Project, you are
selected and invited by myself. The next phase of invitations
has begun on December 10th, 1998 and will end on December
10th, 1999. The main secret body will eventually consist of
thirty-three specialized individuals around the world. Project
Duat will end on 2012 when the Project has been completed.
And hopefully I will be around to retire in Florence, Italy or
Bombay, India.
Volunteers who have seeked to help do not comprise of the main
team, but rather the Project's 'support team'. The support team is
open to all who wish to help, but are not privy to the protocols
by the main team members. Sorry.
