I don't know the full story, but judging only from the recent
"Amargiland/Project Duat Update - Jan 10, 1999", it seems they
will be testing this "psychotronic" audio transmission system
near downtown Los Angeles -- sometime soon (see clip below).
I suppose "psychotronics" implies 'mind control', especially if
somehow combined with 'binaural beat' brainwave entrainment.
Why does Amargiland use "psychotronics" to describe his act ?
I suppose because he is 'Amargiland', and he has to keep his
cult mystified while he blows their minds with his 'magic'
surround- sound technology -- in a mass media event designed to
attract followers, 'credibility', and (no doubt) funding.
A further quote from this 'Update':
" Once the "Golden Eagle" has landed here at Giza, the gold
capstone event planned by Dr. Zahi Hawass, the first simultaneous
worldwide broadcast will be able to occur in the years following;
heard from any and all places on Earth... "
This apparently refers to the coming installation ("landing")
of the Gold Capstone on the Great Pyramid of Giza -- scheduled
for the year 2000 New Age celebration of The Light of Lucifer
(the opening of the Eye of the Pyramid) apparently planned by the
One Worlder's "Cult Of The All-Seeing Eye" (that's their name).
The 'capstone' will be lowered onto the Great Pyramid --
reportedly by helicopter.
This all seems related to information previously posted on
the EWAR list, as follows (*read between the spin*).

The calculated resistance to the New Religion -- the New World
Order and the New "Messiah" -- will be human loss on a massive

lifelike progressions.
Then, the projections of The Christ, of Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna,
etc., will merge into one, after correct explanation of the
mysteries, prophecies, and revelations have been disclosed.
THIS ONE GOD WILL IN FACT BE THE ANTI CHRIST, who will explain that
the various scriptures have been misunderstood; that the religions
of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, nation
against nation; therefore the world's religions must be abolished
to make way for the Golden Age (New Age) of the ONE WORLD RELIGION,
represented by the one god (Anti-Christ in this instance) they see
before them.
Naturally, this superbly staged full-scale deception will result in
social and religious disorder on a grand scale, including rampant
millions of programmed religious fanatics and cases of "demonic
possession" on a scale never seen before.
In addition, to offer the world a "new saviour" which they will
eagerly accept, this event will occur at a time of great political
anarchy and general tumult.
Motion picture artists who create computer images admit that,
"If the viewer does not know the genesis and history of our scenes,
they cannot tell them from reality."
Computer-generated scenes so accurate that the average person
cannot tell them from reality? Terminal holographic projections
from satellites to make you believe you are seeing little grey
people from Zeta Reticula, flying saucers and the returned Christ?
Federal agencies are betting they can induce you to commit suicide
or murder, or to accept the New Age One World Government with just
such images by the year 2000.

Project Duat: Los Angeles Music Decided
I am proud to announce that the final selection has been made
for the first Project Duat Los Angeles California broadcast.
This will be the first US broadcast, manifesting in Los Angeles
being broadcasted direct from the Giza Plateau. Thus, the first
across-world psychotronic broadcast of this nature. Range of
manifestation will be 13.3 miles from point central from
downtown LA (near the INS building). The song is titled
"Ray of Light" by Madonna.
The next final selection is for Phoenix, Arizona... with favors
on the song "Zenzenina" by the South African Bulawayo Choir.
However this is pending at this time.
The Giza Plateau system can be considered as a giant ancient
radio broadcast system. There is a multi-facet aspect to these
monuments and not one particular system is opted for another at
this time. While most with various opinions argue what the
system is used for specifically, we can all get together and apply
various systems due to this multi-purpose technology. It is the
sacred geometry and hyperdimensional mathematics that permits
and facilitates this. Deep below the plateau are the real inners
of this radio system. Don't forget about the sacred aspect of
sound and frequency. This was abundant in the work of
Pythagoras or Kepler and others. Project Duat is about "turning
the radio back on"... although it has never been shut off. Europe
will feature 7 points of initial broadcast manifestation at once
including Stonehenge and Renne Le Chateau. Once the "Golden
Eagle" has landed here at Giza, the gold capstone event planned
by Dr. Zahi Hawass, the first simultaneous worldwide broadcast
