The U.S. Constitution protects "LIFE, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness".
The determination of whose LIFE is to be protected is very definitely one
of the fundamental purposes of government in a civilized society.
A society that delegates to individuals or collectives the privilege of
deciding who is to live and who is to die is a barbaric society.
I'm FOR this kind of government intrusion, AND I will gleefully report
you to the government as a person who should be placed under surveillance.
