I find it extremely interesting to see Colby's name here, just like he has
been linked to the Larry King/ Franklin CU business, among many other odd
happenings around. I would like to have some more information on this man.
Is it possible that he "got a conscience" after his masterminding of the
PHOENIX operation and, no doubt, other "dirty tricks" at the behest of the
intelligence agencies he was involved with? Or is there some other
explanation?
