One datum to keep in mind in evaluating Colby is he was the source
for Sen. Frank Church's investigation into the CIA. Colby came from
the black ops section of CIA and snitched on them to the Church
committee. He must have had strong feelings about this. His last
association professionally was with Strategic Investment Newsletter
publishers James Dale Davidson and Lord William Rees-Moog. It
appeared Colby was helping them in their efforts to call attention
to Clinton's crimes. Was he doing the bidding of his masters in
a faction fight or was he a man of conscience. I dunno.
