Oh good.  I can't tell you how pleased I am to know that the "three-judge
panel" will be spending more tax money for their favorite armchair
recreation.  Now that we're finally getting rid of Starr, isn't there some
way we can get rid of the "three-judge panel"?  Can we make them finance this
thing privately?  Prudy
