I didn't say it would be in Times Sq. I don't think there'll rioting in
Times Sq., either, unless the cops provoke it. But there WILL be rioting.
It will be minor and insignificant. Not to worry.
What's interesting about this film case is the way in which the FBI
allegedly suppressed it. It could be that they are just trying to show
they're on the job and thus deserve to continuing being funded. They may
even have set up the whole incident from the begining just to achieve that
end. They do things like that. COINTELPRO isn't dead. It's tactics have
been being refined for thirty years. More likely though they were just the
ham hand klutzes we've come to expect them to be. We must take care tough
not to assume that because often they act like ham handed klutzes means
that they are not also capable on occasion of acting with great subtlety.
