Dear Prudence,
I can't deny that there is a kind of dehumanization of the Palestinians
here and I have endless talks with my sons on this subject. It is all a
thing of education. The main reason for it is the fear of terror acts and
wars.
>From time to time when one of my boys have a remark which can be
interpreted as racist I try to explain and fight it.
When and if... there will be a peace in this area it will take a whole
generation to normalize the relationship between the Arab and Jewish
people living in this area. The hatred based on 100 years of mutual
killing is hard to overcome. (On both sides).
