Bring Hans and Nils Home Now! Nine year old twin brothers Hans and Nils Moodian-Pink were wrongfully taken by force from their mother's Berkeley home on Thursday April 20, 2000. Child Protective Services Investigator has admitted to the boy's mother, and sole legal guardian, that the witnesses and documentation provided to CPS Friday proves that false allegations of the children being isolated from society because they are being taught at home through the Berkeley Unified School District Independent Study Program, were used to take the children. This was reported to be "mental cruelty" but since then the evidence has proven the allegations wrong Hans and Nils should have been released to their mother. In spite of the facts Hans and Nils remain in custody!!! Their mother, Patricia, has not even been allowed to talk to them or see them. There are no allegations of neglect or physical abuse. There is no reason that these children should not be returned immediately. They need help!
