Subject: Re: KPFK Interview

Hi, everyone. Great news! Eric Olson will speak at the July 23 rally in
Sacramento. Eric was featured in the January 2000 issue of GQ Magazine in
the article "The Man Who Knew Too Much". Eric's father Frank Olson was the
victim of a terrible tradgedy during the early phases of the CIA's MK-ULTRA
and LSD experiments. Eric has been fighting for years to prove that his
father's death was not a suicide.

Note: I am raising money for his plane ticket. If you would like to help,
send a donation to Tim Donoghue, 372 Florin Rd. #151, Sacramento, CA 95831.
If you are a victim and short on money, I understand.

Stop Human Experimentation

The Past:
*The CIA drugged and tortured men, women, and children over long periods of
time under the name MK-ULTRA and Behavior Modification in the 1950's, 60's
and 70's. There were Congressional hearings about these experiments from
1975-77. One lawsuit was successful. In Orlikow vs. United States they were
found to have drugged and tortured 9 Canadian victims.
*The U.S. military conducted a series of radiation experiments on its own
soldiers. There
were a number of casualties. The U.S. Government denied the experiments for
about 25
years until they were "declassified". The families of the victims are still
trying to gain
reparations. However, the government is claiming immunity from their
lawsuits.
*The U.S. military conducted bacteria and chemical weapons experiments on
its own
citizens. They dropped bacteria over the San Fransisco area and subjected
children at
Clinton Elementary School in Minnesota to dangerous chemicals. There were a
number
of casualties. About 25 years later, the government admitted the
experiments, but claims
immunity from the lawsuits of the victims.
*The CIA conducted LSD experiments on U.S. citizens. There were a number of
casualties. About 25 years later, the U.S. Government admitted or
"declassified" the
experiments. However, the government still claims immunity from the lawsuits
of the
victims.

The present:
At least 300 survivors in the United States claim to be present or past
victims of
Electromagnetic Weapons experiments. These weapons are also called Neuro-EM
weapons, Radio Frequency weapons or Mind Control devices. The victims are
subject to
constant torture, and are often dehabilitated. The victims are isolated with
survaillance
from satellites and through-the-wall radar. Also, the victims are
financially crippled and
subject to terrorist break ins and harassment. Former military personnel,
ex-government
employees, and U.S. civilians are still being tortured to this day.
*Please help stop human experimentation and gain reparations for past
victims and the
families of the deceased. These atrocities are the result of an unchecked
bureaucracy: the
military and the federal agencies. They need to be held accountable to the
laws of this
democracy.

Rally!
Help end 50 years of human experimentation by the U.S. government.
Corruption in the LAPD is bad, in the federal government it's much worse.
The CIA tortured children. They still do. Why is there another department
called the NSA watching American citizens and monitoring their
communications? There will be a demonstration against human experimentation
and torture with EM weapons at the California State Capitol in Sacramento on
the West Steps. It will take place on Sunday, July 23, 2000 from 11am to
5pm. There will be information provided and speakers at 1pm. Contact:
[EMAIL PROTECTED] Don't listen to the actors and let them cover this
up, hear from the victims themselves. Help make this an event and stop 50
years of black operations experimentation and corruption.

Please cover our story. On April 8, 2000 we had a demonstration at the
California State Capitol in Sacramento. Twenty five victims of torture and
experimentation were in attendance. Seven of these victims gave speeches.
ABC News, Sacramento took footage of the event. There will be a rally
against human experimentation on July 23, 2000 at the same location. We
already have commitments from more past and present experiment victims. The
speakers will start at 1:00 pm and there will be printed information
available. Please attend this historic occasion, we feel this is a national
issue.

Thank You,
                  Citizens Against Human Experimentation
                  Tim Donoghue (916) 684-3821
