I can see your point. Maybe I am being too literal. I do find it hard,
though, to see hyperbole as pure truth. Poets and mystics can be forgiven.
Hyperbole is their province. A case can be made that hyperbole is their
duty. But philosophers, especially epistemologists, should know better.
There is not such thing as pure truth, only subjective impressions. Even
in pure science, as Heisenberg so clearly demonstrated, we can only
approximate.
But while there is no such thing as pure truth, there is most certainly
such a thing as pure lies. They are far more easy to identify, even within
the context of conspiracy research, than is the truth itself. "Justine" is
telling lies. That "she" probably believes them "herself" is irrelevant.
That "she" occasionally salts those lies with a bit of truth is also
irrelevant. But whether what she is saying is true or not is not the
issue. "She's" off topic. "She" is also disruptive. Whether or not "her"
disruptions are intentional or not is irrelevant. They are disruptive
nonetheless. As such, they don't belong here. Where they do belong is a
matter of opinion. My personal opinion is they should be flushed, and her
with them. But at the very least they should be somewhere else than here.
