Report From Iron Mountain is a fake. It was written as satire.
No one is decimating the world population intentionally. That's
just paranoid nonsense.
Mass dying in Africa is happening because of the inability of most
Africans to make the changes in their culture necessary to survive
modern afflictions. That's all.
The betrayal of their leadership in most, but not all African countries
doesn't help either. I'm speaking of Mbeki of S. Africa who doesn't
want to piss of the International Globalists by making it legal to
produce cheap generic facsimiles of Aids drugs, and undercutting the price
gouging of the capitalist drug companies. He also won't dedicate
the little money he has to the care of his sick and dying people because
it is considered a waste of resources which foreign investors would
rather see go into the country's infrastructure.
This demonstrates the evil that is International Capitalism. Africa is
a byproduct. No one is planning this as such.
