You must think people are a lot dumber than I give them credit for. We don't
need authorities to plan which or whom or anything. We need real education
regarding family planning and child rearing. I would have loved to have a
third child, but I knew that two were all we could afford. Bill Gates can
have hudreds, although there is another kind of investment necessary to
successfully rear a child--time; and that just might keep even him limiting
it to no more than ten. One of the few places I've ever seen intelligent
explanation to people given regarding the limiting of family size was on
Egyptian television. It said everything anyone could need to know, and it
was done with cartoons. A ten year old could have gotten the idea. It
doesn't take a rocket scientist to realize that children are an expensive
luxury in more ways than one. Prudy
