Increasing the concentration say 50 percent of something a, that exists at less that 
0.5
percent, only gives you 0.75 percent. Canabidiol which inhibits the increased but very
small levels of THC in hemp bred and grown for fiber, is also concentrated in the
flowers, so increasing the amount of total THC in hemp will not make hemp of this kind
into the type known as marijuana (the Kind). This has about 7-15+ percent and who
knows how high this will go.

With genetic engineering, one day people will be growing one huge calyx that looks
like a cactus :)
