Earth tilt (the tilt of the earth vis a vis the sun as it rotates) has a
profound
effect on the degree of solar radiation that heats the earth. A slight
change
in tilt can effect the earth's mean temperature by many degrees. Earth
tilt is not finite but can and does change. How and why is little
understood.
Denying earth tilt as a climate factor is as silly as calling CO2 a
"pollutant."
Global warming has become an irrational ideology. Global pollution is
a problem but it is basically one of overpopulation. Nothing damages the
air, water, arable land more then population density. Billions of people
demanding electricity, autos, water,wood, wheat and meat is the
problem...not
greenhouse gases. As long as you have billions of people demanding
goods and services that can only be provided by burning fossils
fuels and the chopping down vast forests (and no practical subsitute is
even vaguely on the horizon) all the "treaties" in world will be an exercise
in futility.
To wail about "global warming" and ignore "global crowding" is like
passengers complaining about the smoke from Titanic's stackpipe while
it speeds blindly in the dark toward the iceberg.
