The answer is no. For heavens sake just look this up on the net. The stuff
is cheap and effective. Most governments have stockpiles of it, but the US
doesn't seem to. Take care of yourself. Your Government is interested in
you only if you are the CEO of a global corporation. You can buy the stuff
on line, and it has a shelf life of forever. Prudy
