The sincere purpose of this list is to theorize about conspiracies, and the situations which may bring rise to them, but not to come up with solutions. I know that may sound self-defeating, but it's not within the scope of this list to solve the nature of the problem (which is age-old, as it's political, not conspiratorial), but rather to illustrate it, and, with any luck, to bring it into the light of day by which all may see. But, let us know if you find "the answer."
