It's great development on ctwm has picked up some pace again!

Nice that you included my patch. I really don't understand why ctwm
used to draw a large window, covering the entire screen, before
switching to another workspace. Was the original idea to hide the
deleting and drawing of new windows during the operation? Anyone?

Without this patch, ctwm seems to believe the windows in GTK
applications are all transients to the invisible leader. If you use

  DecorateTransients 

and 

  TransientHasOccupation

in your configuration, they will be handled properly by ctwm, even
without the patch. Of course, this has the side effect of also
affecting real transient windows, but personally I don't consider that
a problem.

Btw, are all changes affecting the configuration file also documented
in the manual?
