That would be me who contributed the GNOME code, but it's probably no longer
of use to anyone.  It provides some compliance with the original GNOME spec.
However, as of GNOME 2.0, GNOME and KDE now share the same window manager
spec available at http://www.freedesktop.org/wiki/Standards_2fwm_2dspec.
I have not done any work to make CTWM compliant with GNOME 2.0, but I'm
happy to try to point someone in the right direction if they want to work on
it.  Some parts of the spec might be supported simply by renaming a few
constants to match the names from the new spec rather than the old one.
