Hmm, I like the GNU style, really.  So if that's a drug-induced
emotion, I'd very much like to know the name of the drug, so I can
recommend it to others ;-).

Seriously, though, I'm not terribly hooked on one specific style, as
long as we can reach an agreement and stick to it.

As to the method of indentation, I must agree with Matt, a mix of both
can be lead to...  interesting results at times.  It's a shame that it
was so long ago last time I had to deal with it, but I did get to see
a few ugly examples of what a mix of characters could lead to.  I'm
currently in favor of doing all-space indentation, and it's really not
that hard in the end, again as long as we have appropriate emacs and
vim macros and can have it work fairly automagically (it's very easy
with emacs, I've done it before).

Olaf, did you do the indentation in DisplayWin manually, or with
something somewhat automatic?  Do you use emacs or vi (and
puh-leaaase, no editor war, ok?)?
