Great minds think a like and sorry I missed your latest email and patch. I had already fixed this, earlier this evening whilst I was waiting for the breakdown man at work (I had a puncture in the rear tyre of my motorbike so I fixed this and then got back to work for a bit whilst I waited). Unfortunately, I had missed the debug feature when I pushed commit 1c9aaa0bac back in January, meant to fix it up and then subsequently forgot about it whilst we discussed some of the entropy modifications that Daniel recommended which I am now starting to push - hopefully I don't break anything else in the process ;-) Sorry for the breakage and thanks for your effort/input on this.
