We did it. We pulled through another cycle and we are now opening the feature
window again.
The feature window will remain open for new features and changes for the next
three weeks. It is expected to close again on November 11. If you have pull
requests you want merged, polish them now and please request a review or
otherwise make your desire known.
curl 8.5.0 is expected to get released on December 6.
