Oops, not quite off-list then - No matter, no secrets here:-)

Hello team,

We did it. We pulled through another cycle and we are now opening the feature window again.

The feature window will remain open for new features and changes for the next three weeks. It is expected to close again on November 11. If you have pull requests you want merged, polish them now and please request a review or otherwise make your desire known.

I'm not clear how you like to handle experimental things
like our ECH PR. [1] Is that something that'd be suited
for proposing for this release cycle or not? I assume the
answer is "not yet" but would be willing to try get it in
shape for a merge if you do like to merge things at this
stage. Were it my call, I'd probably recommend waiting
'till the next cycle maybe, on the assumption that the
wolfSSL+HRR bug may be fixed then, and the ECH spec may
have gotten to working group last call in the IETF. But
I'm happy to try for an earlier merge if that makes more
sense here.

Thanks,
S.
