On netbsd-8, the intel driver works properly, no "xorg.conf" required. As a sanity check, I looked at the Xorg.0.log for netbsd-8 (8.1_STABLE) and it shows: [ 94.206] (--) intel(0): Integrated Graphics Chipset: Intel(R) G41 [ 95.071] (II) intel(0): SNA initialized with Eaglelake (gen4.5) backend So SNA not working in the driver in -current would appear to be a regression. -- |/"\ John D.
