But you might be able to implement something similar.  Such as a self
contained wiki site.  Anyone would be able to post anything to the site
but any external links would require authentication.

This also does NOT completely solve the problem bc the spammer can still
put content on your site.

Do you know if it is a human or a robot doing it?  To defeat a robot
then you could use the same authentication method that wikipedia does.
it shows an image with text in it and requires the user to type it.

If it is a human doing it then you should find out where he/she is and
we'll pay him/her a visit . . .
