I suspect it is a robot, given that the spam is similar in style (in the edit box rather than the page) and is coming from a several geographically different sites, which makes me suspect that the spam is being laundered through zombies.
If it is a human doing it then you should find out where he/she is and we'll pay him/her a visit . . .
If it is a human, some sites are in Poland. Anyone up for a trip to Poland this time of year?
