Well, the chances of that happening at the library are exactly two: Slim
and None.

In the meantime, we get to educate ourselves in VPNs/tunneling tech and
try it out in a real envrionment. Additionally, I have a need to learn
about TUN/TAP devices to experiment with alternate OS running in my
Bochs EMU.

We already tunneled SSH through 443. So we should be able to layer a
redirector (iptables?) with a tap interface (tap0?) and run that through
the tunnel. With two thread packet copier (nc in a shell script?) Simple
VPN.
Or maybe it is just easier to setup OpenVPN.
