Sort of. FC1 and FC2 also use linux 2.4. It wasn't until FC3 that
the kernel changed to 2.6.

If you still want the RH9 disk, I'll try to dig them up.
BTW, Knoppix up to 3.6 was linux 2.4. 3.7 had both 2.4 and 2.6.
Knoppix 3.8 and later versions all used 2.6.
If you're really interested in building a Linux distro from scratch
have a look at gentoo.
