Hello everyone. Last night we met at the Sunset Hills BreadCo. About 5 of us showed up, pretty good considering the late notice. Not sure if other people went to Culpeppers expecting a meeting.
It was generally agreed that this BreadCo was a good place to meet. They have recently remodeled and provided more room than before. We gathered around the fire on comfy chairs in a generally low noise atmosphere. If we get more people, there is a place just behind this that has many tables and a few outlets for power. Not sure how they would feel about lugging in desktops, but we think we might be able to get away with one or two. Lately people are bringing only laptops to MOSLUG. CWE-LUG, SLACC and Haxlewood LUGs are still available to bring desktops as they meet in libraries. When we first arrived, the WiFi was not working, but they got it fixed about 8:00 p.m. As a frequent user of Panera WiFi, I can assure this is rare. We recommend continuing to use this BreadCo for MOSLUG meetings, at least temporarily until a more permanent place can be found.
