*Use a transparent layer
*create a circle line drawing.
*copy it and move it to the right to create an outline of the three
sections desired
* Create solid background and merge layers
* use fill tool to fill in each section with the desired colors
* use pencil to separate the sections of the outline that go with each
color
* use fill tool to fill the outline with the appropriate colors
