when it comes to codecs & mac os x, install this plugin: Perian
and also this one: Flip4Mac (you'll find it on MSFT's site) with those, you can play just about everything. now, as for music management, to be honest, i just use the file system & drag music into my player. as for players, have you tried this: http://www.panic.com/audion/ http://whamb.com/?heading=overview&lang=en http://joggplayer.webarts.bc.ca/ (hideously ugly java-based player) or you could look here, at a list of software with the keyword "ogg" tracked by VersionTracker: http://www.versiontracker.com/php/search.php?mode=basic&action=search&str=ogg&srchArea=mac%7Cosx&x=0&y=0 as for flac, i presume you've looked at http://www.xiph.org/quicktime/ which says: 08.05.2006 - XiphQT 0.1.5 released What's new in this release? Intel Mac compatibility (finally!), FLAC decoder, fresh (and still warm!)
