Trac has a poll plugin: http://www.trac-hacks.org/wiki/PollMacro But I doubt that it will help. It's likely that every person will set different priorities anyway. I often see that user-driven open-source projects thrive beyond the "this is cool" stage. Perhaps you should ask the users what they would like to see.
