It was really simple to set up, although I didn't document the
process.  Launching is easy too (either via the command line or the
GUI Qemu Launcher) and while I can't compare it to other virtual
machine applications because I haven't used any, I don't see any speed
issues.  The liveCDs I've tried have run smoothly.  Just got to figure
out the install issue.
