They replied and were really cool and seemed interested in resolving the situation. He said it was only JavaScript so I think what's happening is that for some odd reason they're testing for an Operating System and if they don't get Windows or Mac as a result then the unsupported page pops up. I don't know for sure though. He said he'd fix it though. If anything, it was nice that he responded so quickly. Seems encouraging.
