Yeah, that's what happens when you use Microsoft software to write a web interface that specifically checks for a Microsoft web browser. The documentation about targetSchema says "Each available setting names a Web browser for which the document can be designed." -- I wonder if the government web developers neglected to specify other browsers, or if "can be designed" is MicroSpeak for "will only work with"?
