I think, but I don't know for sure, that this thing is build upon the WST package in Europa. I've tried to use that to set up a simple web app containing CXF services. The WST plugins are spectacularly unstable, and poorly designed, to boot. More or less the slightest misstep, and they corrupt their .settings file and go on permanent strike.
